I work almost entirely with high achieving adults: executives, founders, and accomplished professionals who perform at a high level and are quietly paying for it. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The College of William & Mary and completed my internship and residency at Vanderbilt University, where I went on to serve as a staff psychologist. I have also worked with veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs and served as an expert for NBC's Today Show. I see individuals and couples by secure video across 40 states, on an out of network basis.
