When burnout doesn't announce itself

It rarely looks like collapse. It looks like discipline.

These aren't character flaws. They're patterns. And patterns are correctable.

  • 01You're logging more hours because something always feels unfinished.
  • 02You're shorter with your family because you never fully left work.
  • 03Sleep stopped restoring you the way it used to, and you've stopped noticing.
  • 04You're still delivering, but quietly less proud of how you show up at home.
How I work

Direct by design.

Most high performers don't need years of open ended conversation. They need someone who understands how they think, and isn't afraid to tell them what's getting in the way.

01

Identify the pattern

We take a whole person look at sleep, energy, relationships, and the pressures of your work, and find the specific behaviors driving the exhaustion.

02

Challenge what drives it

We pressure test the assumptions and habits keeping you stuck, including the ones that built your success in the first place.

03

Build the correction

You leave with concrete strategies that show up in your performance at work and your presence at home.

Clear insight, applied quickly. Results you can measure in both your career and your home life.

Who I work with

Built for people who don't have time to be in therapy forever.

Some arrive carrying more than they let on. Others are not in any kind of crisis and simply want to perform at a higher level. Both belong here.

For leaders

Executives

Carrying decisions and pressure that don't switch off when the laptop closes, and feeling the toll at home.

For founders

Entrepreneurs

Whose identity has fused with the work, where slowing down feels like losing and never stopping feels worse.

For professionals

High achievers

Who look entirely fine on paper and increasingly feel the opposite behind it. Composed outside, depleted inside.

For optimizers

Leveling up

Not burned out and not in crisis. You simply want to sharpen how you show up as a person, a partner, and a professional, and get more out of yourself.

Areas of focus

Burnout and overwork Anxiety and stress Marriage and couples High stakes decisions Habits and addiction Life transitions

About

Dr. Jonathan Rudiger, Psy.D.

I work almost entirely with high achieving adults: executives, founders, and accomplished professionals who perform at a high level and are quietly paying for it. Many have spent years meeting everyone else's expectations while losing sight of their own, looking successful on the outside while feeling depleted on the inside. My job is to tell you what I actually see, not offer vague reassurance.

I look at the whole picture, your sleep, energy, relationships, and the pressure of your work, to find the root of what is driving the stress rather than treating one symptom. From there we build a direct, practical plan that fits your priorities. The goal is not to slow you down. It is to realign your time and energy with what matters, and most clients leave a session with something they can use that same week.

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The College of William & Mary and completed my internship and residency at Vanderbilt University, where I went on to serve as a staff psychologist. I have also worked with veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs and served as an expert for NBC's Today Show. I see individuals and couples by secure video across 40 states, on an out of network basis.
