Performance & health optimization

Nothing is wrong. You just know there's another gear.

Performance psychology for people who aren't burned out and aren't in crisis — they want to function better across the board: work, health, relationships, and the goals that keep getting postponed. Built with behavioral science, not slogans.

Who this is for

Successful in one domain. Autopilot in the rest.

You already know what to do — you've read the books and heard the podcasts. The gap isn't knowledge. It's implementation.

  • 01You're performing well by every external measure, and privately certain you're running at eighty percent.
  • 02Your professional discipline is elite. Your sleep, diet, and exercise haven't gotten the same treatment.
  • 03The important-but-not-urgent goals — health, relationships, personal growth — keep losing to the calendar.
  • 04You've optimized your business and your portfolio. You've never applied the same rigor to yourself.
How it works

The rigor of an audit. Applied to your life.

This isn't open ended talk and it isn't motivational coaching. It's a structured, evidence based process for raising how you function — run by a doctoral level psychologist who works with high performers all day.

01

Map the whole system

A whole person review of how you're actually operating: sleep, energy, health habits, work patterns, relationships, and the goals you keep deferring. We find the constraint — the one thing holding back the rest.

02

Engineer the routines

Behavioral design, not willpower. We build routines that survive your busiest week — because a plan that only works when life is calm isn't a plan.

03

Measure and compound

We track what matters, review what's working, and iterate. Small, durable upgrades that compound — in your energy, your output, and how you show up at home.

Treat yourself like your most important project. Because you are.

Health psychology

Physical health, built with behavioral science.

Most health goals don't fail from lack of information. They fail from lack of behavioral design. That's a psychology problem — and it's my training.

  • 01Sleep — behavioral strategies that restore deep, reliable sleep without gimmicks, so recovery actually works again.
  • 02Diet and nutrition — turning what you already know you should eat into what you actually eat, on real weeks with real schedules.
  • 03Exercise — building consistency that survives travel, deadlines, and low motivation days, not just January.
  • 04Weight and overall health — sustainable routines grounded in health psychology, designed to still be working a year from now.
Common questions

For people who do their due diligence.

The difference

Isn't this just coaching?

No. Coaches can be excellent, but this is doctoral level clinical training applied to performance — including the parts coaches can't touch: the anxiety under the procrastination, the stress driving the eating, the whole person behind the goals.

The threshold

Do I need a "problem" to come?

No. Wanting a higher level is reason enough. Some of my most productive work is with people no one would ever guess are in any kind of difficulty — because they aren't.

The results

What does progress look like?

Concrete and observable: sleep that restores you, training that happens consistently, weight moving in the right direction, presence at home, and goals coming off the someday list.

Time commitment

How long does this take?

We work in focused, practical blocks with clear targets. Most clients leave the first session with something to implement that week — and we build from there.
