This policy explains what information drjonathanrudiger.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the ways you can reach me through it: the consultation request form, email and phone. If you become a client, your clinical information is handled separately from this website.

Information you provide

When you request a free consultation through the form on this site, you provide your name, email address, phone number and the state where you’ll be located for sessions. You can also choose to share your preferred way to be contacted, how you heard about the practice, and anything you’d like me to know before we talk. If you email or call instead, I receive whatever you include in that message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and understand overall traffic.

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from abuse, including a spam check on the consultation form (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare processes technical information about your visit to do this.
  • Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without using cookies and without following you across other websites.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
  • One page includes an embedded YouTube video. YouTube may set cookies or collect information about your viewing under Google’s privacy policy.

This site does not use advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels.

How your information is used

Information you submit is used to respond to your request, set up your free consultation, schedule care if we decide to work together, and understand how people find the practice. It is not added to marketing lists, and it is never sold or rented.

How your information is shared

Your information is shared only with the service providers that make this website and practice communication work: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and delivers form submissions by email, and the practice’s email and phone providers. These providers handle information under their own privacy and security terms. Information may also be disclosed when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

The website itself does not store form submissions. Each request is delivered by email and kept in the practice’s email account for as long as it is needed to respond and for ordinary business records.

Your choices

You can ask to review, correct or delete information you’ve submitted through this website by emailing jonathan@drjonathanrudiger.com. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

Do Not Track

This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it does not change how it works in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal. Third-party services described above, such as YouTube, may collect information under their own policies.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the consultation form is protected by a spam check. No method of sending information over the internet or by email is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
