I'm authorized under PSYPACT to provide telepsychology to clients in 40 states plus Washington, DC. If your state participates, we can work together by secure video — same clinician, same direct approach, wherever your career takes you.
PSYPACT is the interstate compact that lets qualified psychologists practice across state lines — so where you live stops limiting who you can see.
If you're located in any of these states, I can see you by secure video. Updated as of June 2026 — PSYPACT continues to grow, so if your state isn't listed yet, check back or reach out.
Not yet participating: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Mexico, New York, and Oregon — several of these have PSYPACT legislation in progress.
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact — an agreement between states that authorizes qualified psychologists to practice telepsychology across state lines under a single credential, with verified doctoral training and a clean license record.
What matters is where you're physically located during the session. Move from Nashville to Dallas, or split time between Chicago and Miami — as long as you're in a participating state, we keep working without interruption.
Then I'm not able to see you while you're located there — that's the law, and providers who ignore it aren't ones you want. PSYPACT is expanding, and several states have legislation in progress, so it's worth checking back.
Sessions by secure video, on an out of network basis, wherever you are in the compact.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to talk through what's going on and clarify whether I'm the right person to help — including confirming your state. No cost, and no pressure.
